EXT CMS is a fast, modular PHP and MySQL content management system created by Sal Morales for EXT Fabrics.

It provides EXT employees with one secure and easy-to-use place for internal business tools, company information, documents, downloads, purchase orders, shipping details, parts data, forecasts, and future applications.

What EXT CMS Does

Instead of maintaining several separate programs, EXT CMS brings company tools together under one consistent interface. Employees can quickly locate information, update records, manage daily workflows, and share important resources across departments.

Current Employee Tools

• Shipping Portal: Review shipment information, customer purchase orders, tracking numbers, carriers, pack slips, and delivery details.
• Snugz PO Tracker: Manage part numbers, purchase orders, shipments, backorders, notes, customer forecasts, PDF imports, and CSV files.
• Parts List: Search Mimaki parts, descriptions, pricing, product groups, and available item images.
• Articles and Downloads: Access internal documentation, announcements, manuals, files, updates, and company resources.
• EXT AI: Use internal AI-assisted search and future automation tools as they become available.

Built for EXT Employees

The system is designed to reduce duplicate work, improve accuracy, simplify data entry, and help employees find the information they need faster. Access is controlled by employee groups and permissions so each person sees the tools appropriate for their role.

Designed to Grow

EXT CMS uses a modular component system, allowing new business tools to be added without rebuilding the entire website. The platform will continue to improve based on employee feedback and the changing needs of EXT Fabrics.
